Customer Services Supervisor
Main purpose of job
- Deliver excellent customer services by interacting with customers, internal departments and suppliers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, marketing campaigns, concerns and requests about products and services.
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the leisure and schools teams of purchasing advisers and undertake a number of office management functions.
- Develop suitable and appropriate policies and procedures for the department and ensure that they are complied with.
- Take full line management responsibility for the Customer Services Administrator paying particular attention to training, development and performance management.
Channel Marketing Manager
Main purpose of job
- To effectively and proactively plan, develop and implement marketing programmes and specific customer trade development initiatives to support profitable Pelican business growth.
- Responsibilities include working cross-functionally and co-ordinating with Customers, Sales, Buying and Suppliers.
