A further benefit is Cash Back – loyalty points are awarded to central billing members which, at the end of the year, are converted into £££s.
how it works
getting started
You will need to complete a Direct Debit mandate and inform our central billing department which suppliers
you want to pay through central billing. We will do the rest and then notify you of your central billing account
number.
invoices and statements
Continue to place orders with suppliers, they will send invoices to you but your end of month statements will be
sent to Pelican. We will roduce a composite statement, detailing all the previous month’s trade, which you will
receive by 12th of each month.
checking and paying
You will have between 5 - 7 days prior to the funds being debited from your account to thoroughly check your
statement. If you disagree with all or part of your statement, simply call our central billing department and they
will amend it until you have resolved the query with the relevant supplier.
This direct debit is processed on the morning of the 18th with your account being debited around the 20th of
each month.

If, after your payments have been debited from your account, you feel an error exists, you need only call our
central billing department and they will do all they can to help resolve any issues with the supplier concerned,
and if necessary, issue a credit the following month.
